Return and Refund Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (fragrances, skincare, and cosmetics), we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
For this reason, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:
You may request a return or replacement if:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items — including makeup, skincare, or fragrance products.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Fragrances shipped via ground-only delivery

Gift cards or promotional items

Sale, clearance, or “final sale” products
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support at order.perfumecity@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions.

Securely package the item and send it back to the address provided.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at order.perfumecity@gmail.com.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, before processing or shipment.

Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.

To request a cancellation, please email order.perfumecity@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives with missing, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the package and products so we can quickly resolve the issue.
8. Return Shipping
