Return Policy

  • All Sales Final. No Return or Exchanges.

  • You may return any unopened merchandise (except Fragrances, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges if the product shipped was wrong with Return Authorization from us. 
  • Due to health and safety reasons, frauds and scams, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Fragrances, Cosmetics, Skincare, Haircare, or Makeup items once order is shipped. Please make your selections carefully.
  • Shipping costs incurred for returning items are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • perfumecityinc.com reserves the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the return policy.

Important Return Guidelines

  • All returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation and Return Authorization Number.
  • perfumecityinc.com is not responsible for packages that are not received and cannot be tracked. The responsibility lies solely with the shipper.
  • If your package is returned to us as "refused," "unclaimed," or "undeliverable," your account will be credited accordingly minus shipping charges.

  • In case of fraud or suspected fraud where the product shipped was changed, compromised or used, no refund will be issued and the merchandise sent to us will not be returned under any circumstances.  

Cancellation Policy    

  • We do not price match.
  • Please review your order carefully before placing.

  • Once order is placed and processed before shipping the products from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of 10% of the invoice amount will be charged regardless of the reason. This is to compensate for banking and other incidental charges accrued by us to keep our product prices low. 

GIFT CARD'S    

  • Gift Cards Expire in 12 months from date of purchase. No refunds are issued on expired gift cards. The Amount of the card is forfeited if not used within 12 months from date of purchase of the gift card/s. No extensions allowed.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and can NOT be cancelled once purchased or redeemed for any offer or discounts.

  • Any amount balance remaining after purchase and payment of an order using a gift card is non-refundable but can be used for purchase of another item/product.

  • Balance amount of the order in excess of the purchased Gift Card amount will have to be paid by the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card.

  • No Refunds on Lost, compromised, fraudulent, scammed or misused Gift Cards will be issued.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund or exchange with return authorization
